This Refund & Return Policy applies to every individual, organisation or entity that purchases Bad Dad Designs products.
It must be read in conjunction with Bad Dad Designs Terms, Conditions and Policies.
Please read our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy prior to making a purchase as we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
Bad Dad Designs recommend all goods that are delivered to you are immediately inspected to ensure you are completely satisfied with them, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description provided.
CHANGE OF MIND
Refunds are not provided for “Change of Mind” returns, wrong selections or where you have simply found similar goods cheaper elsewhere.
Please preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Ensure you have made the correct selection by checking the images match with the description.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Bad Dad Designs checks all items for defects and quality before shipment. If a received item does have defects please contact us and we will attempt to rectify the issue. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
Defective items must be returned to Bad Dad Designs within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), another item of the customer’s choice to the same value, or a refund will be given.
REFUNDS
Refunds will normally be processed within 10 working days.
RETURNS
You must contact us using our Contact Us page first to obtain a Return Authorisation before returning any goods.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any warranties do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, but this fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS
Our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
COST OF RETURNS
Any costs associated with returning an item, whether it is an exchange or a defective item, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
First complete the Contact Us page and identify your enquiry as a Return Request.
Once Bad Dad Designs has received the return, it will be inspected, and a replacement product will be posted to you, or a credit note will be issued, providing that the item was received by Bad Dad Designs as described within 14 days.
Replacement item will only be shipped after the returned or faulty item has been received and inspected by Bad Dad Designs..
If your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us.
SPECIALS
All advertised “Specials", or "Sale" cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or defective, so please choose carefully.
Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organisation or entity from which the payment was received.
